Frozen Cranberry Salad

Ingrediants/instructions:

2- 16oz canned cranberry jelly( drain juice)- crush with fork in bottom of dish than put in frigerator.

½ cup maynnaise

½ cup of powdered sugar

1 cup of copped walnuts

1 cup whipped cream whipped

1 small packaged cream cheese

 

Combine second half of recipe. Pour over the refridgerated dish and return to freezer until ready to use. Cut in squares.

 

Pea Salad

Ingrediants/instructions:

2 packages of frozen peas- thawed.

1 cup of chopped celery

1 cup of water chestnuts

½ cup of chopped green onions

½ cup of sour cream

½ cup of mayonnaise

1 package of bacon

½ cup of parmesian cheese

 

Mix and chill.

 

Pistashio Salad

Ingreiants/instructions:

1 small can of crushed pinapple- juice it

1 small instant pistashio pudding

½ cup of coconut

¼ cup of nuts

Chopped macchino

Cherries

 

Mix and chill over night.

 

Lemon Poopy Seed Cake

Instructions/ingrediants:

1 package of lemon cake mix

1 package of instant lemon pudding (small)

¼ cup of poppy seeds

1 cup of water

½ cup of oil

4 eggs

 

Mix well- place in 2 greased loaf pan:

Bake 350 degrees for 35 minutes.

Misssissippi Mud

Instructions/ingrediants:

2 cups of sugar

2 cups of flour                               } Stir together

½ teaspoon of salt  

 

Bring to a boil:          2 cubes of aleo

Pour over            { 3 teaspoons of cocoa

flour mixture              1 cup of water

 

Add 2 beaten eggs.

½ cup of buttermilk

1 teaspoon of baking soda

1 teaspoon of vanilla – Turn to cookie sheet. Bake 350 degrees for 20 minutes. 15X10 inch pan.

While cookies are baking, bring to a boil:

1 cube of aleo, a dash of salt, 1 reaspoon of vanilla, 3 tablespoons of cocoa, 6 tablespoons of milk. Add powedered sugar and nuts on the hot cake.

 

Chococlate Chip Cake

Ingrediants/instructions:

1 package of chocolate cake mix

1 package of instant chocolate pudding

1 ¾ cups of milk

2 eggs

1 12 oz of packaged chocolate chips

Blend everything above together.

Bake 50-55 minutes at 350 degrees.

Sprinkle cocoa and powdered sugar over cooled cake.

 

Cheese Salad

Ingrediants/instructions:

1 small can of crushed pinapple

⅓ cup of sugar

2 tablespoons of vinegar

One pinch of salt

 

Mix togehter and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and add 1 small package of lemon jello. Let chill slightly.

Add in ¼ tablespoon of gratte cheese and 1 cup of whipped cream.

Chill.

 

Pie Crust

Ingrediants/instructions:

3 cups of flour

1 ½ cup of cruico (butter kind)

1 egg slihtly beaten

4 tablespoons of cold water

1 tablespoon of vinegar

½ tablespoon of salt

 

Makes 2- 2 crust pies-

Mix flour and crucio then add the other ingrediants

 

Sweet Potatoes

Ingrediants/instructions:

Peel and boil sweet potatoes.

Drain and mash with a little brown sugar and maybe a few drops of milk.

Chill.

Put some in your hand and roll around marshmellow.

Put graham crackers crumbled in pie tin.

Roll sweet potatoes and roll in crumbles.

Put in greased pan.

Poke hole in top, heat and serve.

 

5 Pounds of Chocolate Candy

Ingrediants/instructions:

3 packages of sweet chocolate bars.

Ground on chopped small 8 oz. marshmellow cream.

⅛ cup of butter

2 cups of chopped nuts and place in large bowl.

Cook: 1 large can of carnation milk and 4 ½ cups of sugar.

Bring to a boil-turn down and cook 6 minutes stir continously.

Pour over ingrediants in bowl.

Stir and then place on well greased cookie sheet.
